We may need to share your data with our trusted payment partners. This will only ever be shared where necessary and always in a safe and secure way. Once your order has been processed securely online, we do not keep any record of your credit card details.

 

Inanna Bespoke Shoes is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

Refund Policy

If you wish to return any part of your order purchased in our shop from our ready made collection you can do so within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel. Please contact us at inannabespokeshoes@gmail.com or on 07927396857 prior to returning. Goods must arrive with us within a further 14 days.  

Please ensure to obtain ‘proof of postage'. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Inanna Bespoke Shoes.

Please note we do not refund any shipping costs applied to your original order should you chose to make a partial or full return.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If returning goods from outside of the UK, please ensure the package is sent on a tracked service or with ‘proof of postage’.  All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Inanna Bespoke Shoes. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the parcel and goods must arrive with us within a further 21 days of contact. International customers are responsible for the cost of return. 

If your item is incorrect or faulty please contact inannabespokeshoes@gmail.com within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel in order to obtain either a refund or a replacement upon receipt of the item. Please do not post any faulty or incorrect items back to us before you have been advised by ourselves. Inanna Bespoke Shoes will cover the cost of return postage in this instance.
